The Visitor is packed with information about upcoming events at Bethel and informative articles!

In a continuing effort to be better stewards of the resources God shares with us, and as a service to our members, Bethel is offering the monthly Visitor via email as an alternative to the printed version.  You will need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to download these files. 

If you are interested in receiving the Visitor via email each month, please call the church office at 715-386-8821 and give the secretary your name and mailing address so that we may update our files and remove your name from the Visitor mailing list.  You may also contact us via email at bethel@bethelhudson.org.

The office staff is now scheduling times and reserved meeting space for the 2010-2011 program year.  Members and external groups alike are asked to submit a written request each fall for regular, ongoing meetings-and as early as possible for one-time only events.  That means that even if your group/circle/committee/ministry team has been meeting at a fixed time of the month for the past decades, we still will appreciate having your plans annually recorded. 

Since routine schedules begin again in September, it is important for us to have forms submitted by the end of August.   Please check at the Welcome Center at either campus or in the Downtown church office for the 2010-2011 lavender request forms, or contact Joelene Baker (386-8821 or jbaker@bethelhudson.org) for further information.

Thanks to a new process for members who wish to borrow items from the Downtown campus, Bethel's office staff is now able to reserve and track the many requests submitted.  Whether there is a short-term need for tables and chairs, or other items often used for hosting events, we are able to let folks know just what is available for loan on a specific date and then work together to ensure all items are returned in good condition and in a timely way.  If you are interested in borrowing items or in reserving space at either the Downtown or Highlands campus, please contact Joelene Baker at 386-8821 or jbaker@bethelhudson.org for further information.
