Check the box below referencing the event you are registering for, and you will be on the list! Please list any allergies or other concerns in the COMMENTS section.
If payment is required for the event, please submit to the Welcome Center at either Bethel Downtown or Bethel Highlands, send your payment to the church office at 920 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016, or if you would like to make a payment online, please click here.
SUNDAY SCHOOL REGISTRATION:
Please put the student's name on the "name" line. In the Comments section, please indicate the parent's name(s), the grade the student will be entering in Fall 2010, and any allergies or other special concerns.
You have a choice of Sunday School times and location. Rotation Model Sunday School is held at Bethel Highlands at 9:00am on Sundays and Traditional Sunday School is held at on Sundays at Bethel Downtown at 10:00am. Please note your selection in the Comments section. You may also download a registration form and drop it off at either Welcome Center or the church office Downtown. Click here to download the form.

You may list one friend with whom you would like to be paired in the Comments section. To pay online, click on the link above or go to the GIVE/PAY menu tab.

CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION
Confirmation registration requires a separate, signed registration form. Forms are now available online! Click here to download them. You may contact Lisa Ruettimann at lisa@bethelhudson.org or call the church office at 715-386-8821 for forms and more information. Completed forms should be signed by both student and parent(s) and returned to the church office, or to either Welcome Center. Thank you!
